Pat Dilbeck has been a member of BeneFit for Women for over two years. Pat’s goals initially consisted of lowering her triglycerides and improving her diet. She has been successful in meeting these goals. Additionally, Pat has found that working out at BeneFit has relieved a great deal of stress and anxiety in her life. She states, “I came to the gym when I realized I had to do something. I was at my ropes end and there was no more room on the rope to tie knots anymore.” She is also very excited about a BONUS accomplishment. Pat has become a pro at something she had not done since elementary school and it has become one of her favorite things to do at the gym. As pictured, one can see she enjoys the HOOLA HOOP! Pat also enjoys the fellowship, camaraderie, and friendship she has found at the gym. She passes the word about BeneFit at church, at the herb store and wherever else she goes. Pat has been very active in the Walk for Alzheimer’s in years past and this year she participated in the 20th annual Grateful Gobbler 5K. Although Pat has undergone many trials in her life she is nevertheless strong and resilient! She proclaims her glue is Jesus and she knows God has always had His hand in her life. I think I speak for us all when I say that we are all very blessed to have Pat in the family of BeneFit!
